"Let's Separate our Garbage"

We recently teamed up with MOCE, an NGO dedicated to the protection of the environment, to create a project on the waste-separation of the garbage generated in the public high schools of the city of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.

We give informative talks to students in their schools in which we raise awareness on the importance of preserving our environment. Afterwards, the young leaders take our Mayan Adventure excursion, where they learn how a sustainable tourism company can recycle and produce organic fertilizer in order to protect our natural resources for future generations. Hence, they become skilled to implement their own recycling programs at their schools!

Total participants: 1,760 students.
